Bravado Designs – Return/Exchange Policy - Canada

We hope you are thrilled with your Bravado purchase, but if for any reason it doesn’t meet your needs or expectations, the following is our policy and instructions for returning or exchanging.

Proof of Purchase is required such as a packing slip or pick ticket number (6 digits) and must be included with each return or exchange.

What is Eligible for Return or Exchange?

Bras and Tanks may be returned or exchanged, up to 45 business days from the date on the packing slip; provided that they have only been tried on and not worn or washed, and are in “as new condition”. Please note “as new condition” refers to both the product and its packaging. For hygienic reasons, bras and tanks sent back to Bravado in not “as new condition” will be returned back to you without reimbursement. If bras and tanks were purchased as part of a promotional discount they are eligible for exchange only.

What is not eligible for Return or Exchange?

Underwear and breast pads cannot be returned or exchanged for hygienic reasons. These items are Final Sale. Discontinued styles, Clearance, Custom Bras, Final Sale items and Non-Apparel (e.g. DVDs) products are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.

Who pays for return shipping?

Shipping fees are free with a minimum purchase of $60. Return shipping is Free too! One free return/exchange is allowed per order (pick ticket number). In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, we have inadvertently sent you incorrect merchandise or you received damaged merchandise, please notify our Customer Service Department immediately. We will send you a Free Return Label to attach to your return shipment.

Product Defects

Bravado Designs will replace a manufacturer’s defect on any of our products within 45 days of product purchase. Defects may extend to clips (that are broken, will not stay closed, or will not open), stitching, defects in fabric and/or trims etc. Some defects only appear with wear. Bravado Designs may replace defective bra merchandise that has been washed and/or worn (provided it is returned within 45 days of purchase). Each garment will be evaluated for defects by our Quality Assurance Department and any garment received that is deemed not to be a manufacturer’s defect (e.g. stains) will be returned “as is” without reimbursement.

How Does a Product Exchange Work?

We don’t want you to have to wait to get the right product, so call our Customer Service Department to place a re-order by phone, Live Chat or make a replacement order on Our Customer Service Specialists will ensure we get you in the right bra! Please note your credit card will be billed a second time for the exchanged product. When exchanging a product, you are responsible for returning the merchandise using the Free Return Label. A credit for the value of the exchanged product, less applicable discounts, will be issued when we receive the original order and it has passed our Quality Assurance inspection.

How to Return or Exchange an Item:

1. Call our Customer Service Department to place an exchange order or request a return by phone, email or Live Chat.

2. Fill out the Return/Exchange form enclosed in your order, and pack it with the item you are returning or exchanging.

3. Select the appropriate Return Reason Code from the chart on the bottom left of the page.

4. Where possible, use the original box and packing materials to prevent damage in transit.

5. Pack the return(s) and affix the Free Return Label on the outside of the package.

6. Send your returns via regular mail using the US Postal System. COD’s will not be accepted.

7. Make sure to note the packing slip number on the enclosed copy of your Return/Exchange form to ensure your credit is applied accordingly. Omitting the packing slip number could delay your credit by 4-6 weeks.

Special notes:

Please allow 4 - 6 weeks to complete the processing of returns and credits. It may take up to 10 days for the credit to appear on your card. Bravado Designs reserves the right to evaluate all returns/exchanges before issuing a credit.
